Wheels of Grit is built on the belief that forward momentum is always possible—even when life feels uncertain or heavy. My coaching approach creates space for reflection, honest conversation, and intentional movement toward what matters most to you. Rather than offering prescriptions or quick fixes, coaching focuses on helping you reconnect with your inner clarity, strength, and sense of direction. Together, we turn insight into action and uncertainty into purposeful steps forward.
The discovery call is a welcoming, no-pressure conversation designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll talk about what’s currently on your mind, what feels stuck or unresolved, and what you’re hoping to move toward. You don’t need a plan or polished goals—just a willingness to explore. The call is an opportunity to gain clarity, feel supported, and decide whether this coaching journey feels right for you.
Coaching sessions are thoughtful, energizing, and deeply personal. Each session is a space to pause, reflect, and realign with your values and goals. Together, we’ll uncover obstacles, shift perspectives, and create meaningful actions that build confidence and momentum over time. Coaching with Wheels of Grit is about progress—not perfection—and moving forward with intention, courage, and grit, one step at a time.
My coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and professional training through iPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), one of the most widely recognized coach training programs in the industry. iPEC’s methodology integrates mindset, energy awareness, values-based goal setting, and accountability to support lasting personal and professional growth. Tools such as Energy Leadership™, perspective-shifting techniques, and structured goal frameworks help bring clarity to challenges and turn insight into meaningful action.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or consulting. It does not focus on diagnosing or fixing the past. Instead, it is a present- and future-oriented partnership that helps you move forward with intention, resilience, and self-trust. Whether you are feeling stuck, navigating change, or seeking greater fulfillment, coaching provides a structured yet flexible space to explore what’s possible—and to take the next steps toward it.

Wheels of Grit was born out of years of meaningful conversations and lived experience.
As a career counselor for the U.S. Coast Guard, I spent countless hours talking with people about their professional goals, their sense of purpose, and what they truly wanted for their lives. Again and again, I saw the same truth emerge: people often know what they want, but life, fear, hardship, or uncertainty can make those goals feel distant or out of reach. In those moments, what makes the difference isn’t advice—it’s human connection, thoughtful prompting, and someone willing to walk alongside you.
I believe deeply in helping others. I believe that when life gets hard, or when we feel stuck, we don’t need fixing—we need space, movement, reflection, and encouragement to reconnect with ourselves and what matters most.
After experiencing a serious accident that forced me to rebuild my life and reassess my priorities, this belief became deeply personal. Recovery taught me that growth isn’t linear, and that reassessment and redirection aren’t signs of failure—they’re necessary parts of living fully. I learned firsthand the power of slowing down, moving forward intentionally, and giving ourselves permission to change course.
Wheels of Grit brings all of this together—coaching, movement, and meaningful connection. It exists to support people through transitions, challenges, and moments of uncertainty, helping them regain clarity, confidence, and momentum. Sometimes progress happens one conversation at a time. Sometimes it happens one mile at a time. Often, it’s both.
Let's set up a session and get the wheels of your mind rolling in the right direction!
